Founded in early 2024.
Waffle+Coffee Café & Bistro was formed via owners Ana Hayter & Tori May.
Ana (top right) & Tori (top left) are extremely excited to take over the former Bicicletta site and help form a whole new chapter for this amazing establishment. They bring passion for great food, incredible customer service and building their already strong sense of community.
This isn’t their first rodeo having built and successfully launched a fleet of Waffle trucks (waffle+co) for all sorts of hospitality and functions. With all this experience, they are perfectly suited to create the ultimate space where friends and families can gather, waffle over great stories and enjoy one another’s company.

Our ingredients
We firmly believe that we are only as good as the ingredients we use. We don't believe in compromising and have always tried to support many of the great local suppliers we have around us.
We source as much as we can from our local area, and believe that our business can be at the centre of growth for other local businesses we buy from.
We are extremely happy to have seen many of the businesses in our supply chain grow their businesses alongside ours. We all ultimately depend on you, our customers, at the centre of everything we do.
We’re never tempted to cut corners and cost because we are all proud of what we offer - we aren’t the cheapest but we do pay fair prices to our suppliers and give them space to grow with us.
